Job Description

Answering Switchboard

Greeting visitors and guests

Prepare and track bids, proposals, contracts, change orders, insurance certificates

Work with municipalities to schedule tests, research fees, and obtain permit status

Coordinate with customers with scheduling and project status

Maintain job records

Prepare weekly job notes and reports
Requirements

3+ years of experience
-
Strong communication skills
-
Intermediate skills in Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word

Organized and detail oriented with the ability to work independently

Experience with construction industry

Experience with ComputerEase software or other Construction project management & accounting software like Timberline is a plus
